I am Unemployed too now. Studying in College, training and experince there is a big difference. Bcoz no one on this planet can remeber everything from book. When i got my 1st training in industries everything is new i remeber some stuff from my books but mostly are advance. What we study and what we got in training is not same. There is no scarcity of talent Mr Sudhir, there is unemployment and corruption at its peak.. First of all there is very less opportunity of getting a govt job in this govt.. And if by chance there is vacancy in govt sector then there is huge corruption.. They sell almost all the seats due to which talented candidates are thrown away..
