What I would love to see is an average of all the tier lists (Zero, Baked Goods, Captain Crockpot, whoever else has made a recent one). Maybe that would cut through some biases or limited experience with certain characters. A community tierlist, if you will.

My last post I rambled a lot I just wanted to let you know that Medusa does not intimidate me at all. I would like to list a few that if you played against any of my characters I would be nervous. Bruce lee, bigfoot, she-hulk, t-rex, Luke cage, Moon Knight, Black Panther, Muldoon. These are just off the top of my head but I definitely think that when it comes to S characters I would say T-Rex it's probably the most intimidating character I have ever faced. she is incredibly dynamic as a character. And I completely undervalued her powers until I really saw what you could do in the hands of someone who knows how to play her. I guess what I'm saying is is that there are a great many that you put it in as top five that I would easily replace Medusa with. I actually don't know who my number one is but in the hundreds of games I've played I have found many ways around her and just off the top of my head T-Rex is someone I can't really think of a character that can easily beat her. Again I don't know who my top five is I just wanted to point out that I don't think Medusa should be number one. But I have to agree that she is powerful enough to be in the top five
I wonder if the Medusa's you're playing against are playing her optimally to maximize her damage... She could be #2 or #3, but I wouldn't put her below that.
You know Captain I agree I just don't think she should be in the first lot T-Rexes I've mentioned many times is just Unstoppable in many fights and that is literally off the top of my head
You said the Buffy set is "arguably" the worst (maybe you said weakest) set, but does arguably mean you are open to being wrong on this because you haven't played with them much? Or are you completely convinced, without much experience, to say this? Good discussion!
Great question! It is definitely the weakest set. But it's also true that I haven't played them much. So, I really don't know how bad they are or how good they are. I've played Buffy a handful of times who is regarded as the only one who is ok and even she is not very good (when compared to B, A, and S tier). I'm NOT 100% sold though... I played vs Spike in 2v2 a while ago and was excited to find out that he can work and can really do well. I bet there are other situations like that where I'd be impressed... I just played vs Angel on my Moon Knight stream... it was closer than I thought it would be (we were rushing and not playing 100% but still...).
Fun list guys. so glad two of my favorite fictional characters Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Strange are cool and powerful in Unmatched, sad King Arthur is hard to play at best and considered trash tier at worst. I have a theory King Arthur is so much better if you don't boost too often though, 1-3 times per game is right I think.
Thanks! Glad you liked it! Arthur into Yennenga is winnable on the right map. There are some other matchups where he could win. Just not favored in any matchup really.
Hey Captain been thinking about you a lot lately about my comment I made. I want to talk to you about a situation I was in yesterday. I played against She-Hulk with Miss Marvel, and to my surprise I almost beat She-Hulk I think you know why you've been doing this enough to know but that was one of those ones that shocked me because I thought that she-Hulk would just steamroll me. what are your thoughts about that match up and do you think it would have predicted that it would come that close. She-Hulk won with one hit point left.
Wow! That’s awesome! Great job! I’d say map plays a huge role for this matchup and both fighters in general. Positioning too. You must’ve positioned well and maximized Ms. Marvel! I haven’t played Ms. Marvel in so long :( Just got her painted :) I’ll definitely be playing her soon. As you can see, she dropped in my rankings significantly because of her dependence on map. :(

I came into it at Cobble & Fog… so I don’t 😂 But wow! It’s crazy to see how far it has come.
😂 first take this as something that's my personal opinion I think Medusa is overhyped I think 70% and above Robin Hood could take her down the fact that he could take one step into her Zone and take two steps out of her zone is indispensable you can run around the board and take out her harpies pretty easily also. I also think a really bad matchup is Medusa versus bullseye. Don't get me wrong Bullseye has to win in order to do his great damage but the fact that he can stay five space away from her gives him a great Advantage again taking out the harpies and then Medusa. I tend to play a very defensive game where I am running until I get the best opportunity to attack. Then you've got Bigfoot who will just come running in and just keep hitting her until he wins the game I feel the same way about She-Hulk. Of course not to mention I would say if I'm looking for a character that can beat all the characters I think you're dead right about having T-Rex up there she has taken most of my characters down pretty easily I wouldn't say that she's number one but she is a very powerful powerful character I really like playing Spider-Man I do know he has a lot of flaws but the fact that he gets to know what is attack you playing I need the number, for most people who know that's very well they can predict what you're attacking Spider-Man with. Surprisingly I have never really found yennenga to be a game-changing character. I'm about 50/50 with her depending on who she goes against. I think the last thing I found was there have been at least three occasions where I have got against Bruce Lee hit him once and then he finishes me off on the second attack because he is just chain attacking me. Granted he does not have really any good defense but if he comes running in at you you might as well just give up cuz he will just keep attacking you faster than you can do damage to him. Again this is all my opinion but there are quite a few other characters that I would be afraid to go against then most of your top five. I have a very special hatred against Medusa because everyone thinks that she's number one not that I think I could be wrong which most likely I am I can just say that I never really get that nervous when she enters the game

You know Captain I would love to play against you I've said this many times I don't play necessarily to win I play For the Love of the Game so yes I do try to win but if I do great and if I don't great too. The only time I really get upset is when I get completely crushed and I didn't even give you a good game that bothers me but other than that win or lose love the game

Wait, how did Grendel get nerfed?
Grendel is nerfed because initially, if the IMMEDIATELY effect of dealing damage defeated the last hero, you won before the combat even happened. NOW, the combat is going to happen and if both heroes were defeated on that attack, the attacker wins because it's their turn.
