This film can be found online where? Alonzo mentions it, but I didn't recognize the service. Something like Keyno Now???

kinomarquee.com/sorry-we-missed-you. Kino Lorber is a great indie movie studio and they're releasing their movies online with links to buy a 5 day rental with a portion going to the nearest indie theater near you. I truly love this model and it saves gas money.

I am subscribed to this channel but I only get notices on about half of their reviews. This one I just stumbled across.

Reading about the Instacart tip scammers was truly depressing, Matt. Like Christy said, I wouldn't even THINK of that, much less actually do it! Dontcha just love humanity!?

      More like lack of humanity.

Really great film, really depressing though. You have to be in the right headspace for it.

How about reviewing a movie people might want to see? When you open your review by saying it's a downer, that is already a bad sign. I also wish you would follow the old format of What The Flick? where you'd show part of the trailer at the beginning of the review so we at least have some idea of what the film looks like.

There are people who are into depressing films as well. This channel reviews all kinds of films. It's ultimately up to the viewers as to what they want to see. It's absolutely okay if you choose not to watch this one, given the ongoing pandemic and the economic hardships that everyone is grappling with. It doesn’t mean that critics should not review it.

I have no idea why people who know they don’t have enough money, also have kids! And then they have to work multiple jobs, thus spending more and more time away from their kids!
If you’re poor, don’t have kids. You’re not doing them any favors.

So only if you are rich you can have kids. Stop reading Ayn Rand, she ended up poor and asking for Social Security.

juan gomez Well certainly, if you’re poor definitely don’t have kids! That won’t get you out of poverty!

@@JLamstudio So if you are poor you don't have right to exist. And poor people are poor because they want.

Watch the film. It explains it perfectly.
They were not poor and then decided to have kids.
They were an average working class family and then the worlds economy crashed. People lost their homes. Their jobs. Their savings.
It's not as simple as you make it out to be.

The parents in this movie were great parents who loved their kids to death.. What, only the top 1% should have children smdh
