This is the same model that alec steele just started a series on. Wonder how long this one took to assemble?

I’m so glad I now know how underwhelming Alec steele’s hammer he’s building is, I assume it’s the same as that one, looks like the same kit
The power depends on the air supply, i saw another video of one of these smashing walnuts, it was incredibly fast

It is - very! It weighs nearly 5kg.
@@RolyWilliams Roly were they actually used as tools, or just steam models?
@@SteamEngines It's just a model. The original is about 5-10 metres high! There's a video of the original on Stuart's web site iirc.
@@RolyWilliams LOL ...i thought they may have been used by jewellery or something. Jeez using ones 10 metres high would have been a dangerous occupation!!!!
