Signed in just to comment. I have been all over Asia. If a place offers a hamburger, I usually try it. This is the first time I have seen an Asian cook make a burger that I would want. Most places smear on mayo and that is the end for me. This Bacon Cheeseburger is done correctly in my American opinion. Fantastic to see the fresh meat pressed onto the grill and everything cooked properly. Excellent job to the chef! I hope to try this burger someday. For those that may not know... Korean Beef is some of the finest in the world.
Expert level stuff. The burger itself looks beautiful. The meat wasn't ground too thin and the burger not made too thick. Cheese and bacon looked good quality, you don't need anything over the top for a burger. Liked that the cheese had a bit of thickness too. Respect for the onions. I'll have them anyway on a burger but this is the best of both worlds between caramelized and still having some of that raw onion bite and flavor. Pickles are a must for me. Respect to the tomatoes too, not huge on them but they look like great burger ones as they have enough firmness and weren't all goo. Toasted bun and mayo are the best for sealing the bun so the vegetables don't make it soggy. Can't believe I wrote a paragraph on this lol but it's deserved. This street vendor is a master.
i grew up in texas where amazing burgers are everywhere. they are such simple things to make. but it's amazing how often restaurants get it wrong, usually because they get too fancy. nice to see a video of someone remembering that burgers = simplicity, all the way across the globe.
Like don't get me wrong that looks simply amazing. But imagine going to Korea which is well known for its traditional cuisine and then getting a burger
just make em at home yourself if you want real. I use an air fryer make my burgers, quick and clean. Takes me about 10 minutes to make a patty cook and complete a burger. Much more healthy and taste way better than fastfood.

@@50buttfish LMAO lean meat does not make a good burger. The reason the grill is so clean is because they are only making a couple of order at a time. Try make 50 burgers at one and see how clean you keep the grill.
just watched a couple of korean streetfood vids with burgers, they all used crappy frozen meat patties with soy protein or shredded chicken ass. I was about to give up hope for Korean burger society, then i see your video. Aaah, true, fresh ground beef, properly smashed. thats the way homies from korea.
흠.. 햄버거를 전혀 모르시는 분은 아닌데 많이 아쉽네요. 판매하신 분. 보셧음.. 하는 의미에서 댓글 달겟습니다. 1. 전각 100g 패티 사용하면서 이가격이면 참 착한가격 인정. 이유불문 인정 2. 허나, 단가 맞추려고.. 샤니 참깨빵 굳이 안쓰고 가장 싼빵 쓴건 이해 불가. (단가 차이 많이 안나는데 빵 반죽 자체 비율이 좀 달라요... 참깨빵이 훨 낫습니다.) 3. 그릴 어니언은.. 캬라멜라이즈를 한 버젼과.. 강한 불에 기름아주 살짝 둘러 겉을 시어링 시키는 2가지 버젼이 있습니다. 지금 하는 방식은 기름먹인... 양파 수준 -_-; 이건 느끼하기만하고 별로에요.. 차라리 쌩양파를 넣는게 나아요.;;; (고기보다 먼저 올려서 숨을 죽여야합니다. 기름 사용량도 줄이구요.) 4. 조립순서... 유명 해외 버거 검색을 해보세요. 버거는 조립하는 순서에따라서 먹을때 식감차이가 많이 나고 심지어 맛변화도 심하답니다. 지금처럼 야채를 위아래에 나누고.. 중간에 고기를 넣는 방식은 시간이 지날수록 아주 안좋아요~ (열기에 의해 야채들이 채수를 빵으로 내뱉기때문에) 5. 피클 직접 담그면 지금 사용하시는 피클 가격과 별반 차이는 없는데 훨씬 맛있어요. 물론 가격이 폭등하는 겨울이 문제긴 하지만... 요즘 오이 싫어하시는분 정말 많아요.. 지금처럼 통조림 피클 쓰느니.. 안넣는게 차라리 낫습니다. (소스에 랠리쉬를 넣어서.. 대체하는게 10배는 편하고 더 맛있습니다. 물론 국물 빼버리고 당도는 높이지 않는다는 가정하에..)
What a hard working guy, making great burger. All ingredients look better than Fast Food Restaurant burger in U.S., except cheese. Cheese looks to be mostly oil, starch and yellow coloring. Korea has such good real food, but not cheese .. I don't know why? Anyways, Nacho cheese (cheese sauce) might be better. A lots of respect for street food makers.
