I'm not so sure that speed and dropping height is wise. You can see the rocks being splintered and broken as they impact with each other which will make them more susceptible to being moved by the sea. Which in turn defeats the purpose of a sea defence.
I guess it would be OK to approach the safety barrier at a moderate rate before dumping. But, if you're hot dogging it for the locals, then by all means slide the tires to the barrier. Just hope you don't slide to far else you'll get your knickers wet.
