Hello would you happen to know whether Cayo Largo is accessible by plane in spring 2022? Cannot find any info whatsoever online and Flightradar doesn't show any 'airborne' activity going on these days. Much appreciated
Hi! Before the trip to Cuba I did a lot of searches about the flights to Cayo Largo from Havana but the information was scarce and unclear. When in Havana I talked to a concierge at my hotel and made the arrangements including accommodation. I would guess there are flights going there daily, but because of politics and international relations, USA run websites (and perhaps European) might not have information of domestic services on Cuba including flights and hotel rooms etc. You might be able to e-mail a local Cuban travel agency and ask.
Man this makes me miss Cuba! Sure, I lived on Guantanamo Bay, but it was our slice of heaven. Thanks for the share.
Thanks for your kind comment. We miss Cuba too!
@@Limewave The best two years of my life. I'm such a nerd, I had Google Maps up in the screen next to the video following your path.

@@Limewave I hope it stays that way. It's one of the few places not completely tainted by tourism.
that seemed like a very smooth landing!
Nice to hear from you again, yes it really was. Hope all is fine with you?

What airline was that?
I believe it was the domestic airline Cubana de Aviación.
