It’s been five years since Atlanta native Cyhi ripped through his inaugural L.A. Leakers freestyle. Easily discussed in the Top 5 conversation of the Justin Credible and DJ Sourmilk coveted series, Cyhi has returned to the LIFTOFF with unmatched energy and wordplay that you definitely have to run back!
Cyhi didn’t take his come back lightly, as he delivered on two beats, taking on 42 Dugg’s “Maybach” and Jeezy’s “Go Crazy” instrumentals. In the nearly seven-minute freestyle, the ‘The Story Of EGOT’ emcee spits, “If I ain’t the dopest n***a ever, you must sniff cocaine / Listen, since everybody wanna talk about the ghostwriter, I wrote fire for most of y’all favorite artists, so I inspired this whole generation, y’all are ghost-biters / Technically speaking, I’m everybody’s co-writer.”
