Wymieniłem właśnie z silnikiem benzynowym. Jest łatwo i nie trzeba odkręcać przewodów. Odpiąć wiązki i w sumie 5 zaczepów do odpięcia palcami. Do tego długi wkrętak i klucz 10 do klemy ujemnej. Bez podtrzymania napięcia. Po założeniu nowego zapłon na minutę bez odpalania. Do ustawienia tylko zegarek i data.
Check the 508 user manual in German, page 259, if you won't break off any clips. You have to remove the clip on the top (7) and the clip on the left (8) and push the cable unit (9) away, before you lose all the other clips of the cover (10). It is not necessary to unscrew the sealed nut btw. As you can see the top clip (7) broke off in the video. Same happened to me because I didn't follow the user manual instructions first.
Attention, il faut savoir que le retrait de la batterie provoquera une perte de la programmation de certaines options sur la voiture récente. Faites attention !!!
hi, i removed the nut covered by the orange tape, after reconnecting it the car wont start and the lights wont come on, if that just a blown fuse or have I done something to the computer? many thanks
I have the same model allure 2012 and it has started playing up. Random messages when I got to start it pop up and sometimes it's not starting straight away. Few months ago my dealer suggested I change the battery but these problems started last week after I got it back from them for a Services which cost me 2700+ to change fuel pump and do the regular service. Now I am not sure if the battery is dying and causing all these issues or something else.. have you ever encountered any signs I have mentioned ? Could it be the battery ?
@@sonof1627 my battery was dying, and that was causing all the random messages and slow start, so I changed the battery. I also got a new fuel pump. Think I had driven it with low fuel several times and that killed the pump. It's been good since then.
I haven't actually replaced the battery on my car yet but I believe it has an AGM 760A type 096 stop/start battery fitted. Apparently, it has to be an AGM but I wouldn't be surprised if it worked just as fine with another type as long as it is a stop/start type of battery of the same size.
You can charge it that way but please remove the negative and positive cables tuck them away them connect your portable or mains battery charger use a good quality charger
Achtung: wenn man die Vesiegelte Schraube, wie in diesem Video löst (gelber Aufkleber), geht laut Werkstatt die Platine kaputt. Auto geht auf Fehlermeldung! Leider bei mir genau das der Fall! Folgekosten vorprogrammiert!
Hi there, you will not get an error message if you disconnect the battery prior to removing the bolt and not reconnect the battery before you screw the bolt back in first. Please follow the steps as shown in the video.
I am just having the same issue. When i get the positive connector it just doesnt take it.. rather it give a spark spatter.. @floridahummer.. just a recap, I had removed the battery out last year in November to do the top end.. but wasn't able to finish until now. Now I have it ready with battery in but it just doesn't like it. Any tips ?

The nut used on the wiring above the battery as I seem to be missing one
What size battery did you put in and was it an agm

No, the only thing you will have to do is to reset the time and date. My car also has keyless entry system.

This is the wrong way to do this and can damage the fuse box. The orange tape is there for a reason
i removed to nut that is taped over and I reconected the battery it wont start, I get one click, is there anything I can do to fix it?
