My mother was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease about 4 years ago. I do remember her dealing with sleep issues and constipation years before she started having movement problems. I also have developed sleep issues and constipation over the past few years, and have dealt with depression since I was a teenager. I wonder how I might be tested for early Parkinson’s, or participate in a clinical study of some kind.
A very important line of research being done here and could turn everything we thought we knew about Parkinson's Disease on it's head. We've been very focused on the brain, understandably, but now, looking at the gut, we may find a prime driver for the disease!

Does SERRAPEPTASE work for accumulation of a protein called alpha synuclein in brain regarding Parkinson's disease?

But I don’t have constipation
But Parkinson's disease is supposed to a genetic disease.
We are finding out that it may be more than a single cause and the gut-microbiome certainly play a critical role.
I'm the first in my family, going back as far as my grand parents.
And or environmental
99.99% genetic in case of young onset of Parkinson's
