What does the antenna module contain? Does it contain Bluetooth?

my iphone 13 mini is having a problem with vol.down button not functional, I tried to ask apple authorized service center and they said I have to change the whole motherboard (without doing any inspection). Do you think I should really do it? Can I just replace the volume module?

No, I don't think so :)
First, try to replace the power / volume flex or / and buttons !
