Went to Experian to get the Small Business report, but all I see is 3 reports that all have a fee. $40, $99, $189. Am I looking in the wrong place?

The $189 plan per year is the one I got. BUT! I actually prefer the NAV prime plan instead. So I kept NAV prime subscription.
