If you talk to the bank in person it goes over way better. I have a UPS Business mailbox. BoA accepted it. If you have an LLC and are trying to not pierce the corporate veil then NEVER use ur home address. Love your idea about office rental space.
iPostal is a good option for "mailing address" but not as great as a main "business address" / "physical address" for your business. It's a roll of the dice but using them as main address can get you flagged.
I’m working on setting this up for my businesses, but I think I did it backwards. So with the Secretary of State, my registered office should be the physical office that I leased? And my mailing address should be my registered agent’s address?
That would be ideal but it is ok. When you apply for credit you can list a main address and a mailing address so they would be able to find either one.
