For survival we need a revival. Time to revive our African names and to reconnect with our ancestors who will give us strength.

Brilliant song. Deep words. Until we understand from whence we came we will continue to lack unity. African we are and African we will always be despite 400 plus years of separation and cultural loss. However people from the Caribbean have retained some traditions and made it ours. Hotep.💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾

Whenever I hear mother Andall, two words come to mind - LOVE and MAGIC. The depth of the poetry in her lyrics, the nectar of the gods in her voice, and the honour that her dignity commands puts her in a class of her own. What is there not to love? May she be drenched with the richest of blessings. ASE'
