Only pain in the ass is when you want to go into town after gondola closes. You either have to take a decently long drive down the road and scrimmage for parking or take the bus which has stops on opposite sides of the building. Just saying great location for ski in ski out, but just seems to far from town. Check out blue sky breckenridge for example. Has its own lift and is perfect distance from town.
