Coniston Power Boat Records Week 2022

This years selection of clips from the 50th Anniversary of Speed Records Week. Featured are various categories including new world speed records taking place right before your very eyes! Ben Jelf & Sam Whittle are here, amongst the fastest of the week, Whittle achieving 133.79 MPH. Also featured is the Cox Marine CXO300 that uses HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) fuel & now holds the The World's Fastest Diesel Outboard record!
After the clips I have include a lot of still photographs. I have to confess to breaking my camera lens, while lakeside, rendering my autofocus useless & the zoom facility only working when the lens was "yanked" in & out!! Time for a new lens, methinks!
