I have heard we will study engineering physics, calculus for engineering, etc in first sem and not the programme cores like all this programming languages, is this changed?

For cs you can go with Intel i5 or ryzen 5 minimum along with 8 gb ram for coding + mid level gaming

Which specification and model brand laptop need cse which model will buy. c.s vit chennai
any laptop with ryzen 5 or i5 above + minimum 8 gb ram is sufficient

Accha, bhaiya log bolte hai ki agar app private college sei engineering degree lete ho toh apki job nahi laghti. Yeh Kai VIT k liye bhi sach hai . Last year kitne log ka accha accha job placement Hua hai VIT se ?
aisa nahi hai bhai, college sirf platform provide karta hai, baki sab khud par depend karta hai and btw VIT is one of the best universities in terms of placement, toh tension mat le 😀

M.tech csc core Branch Cat 2 in Vellore It is good or not placement will be done after 2 years or not.
I cant't comment on placements, but cse in cat 2 in Vellore is very good option

In all campuses of VIT are hostels alloted according to the ranking in VITEEE examination to the freshers?
The rooms are allotted randomly in 1st year but after that it will depend on your gpa

Most of the students study from teachers notes and pdf, toh books ki zarurat nahi padhti
