Great video! I do have a point for your first topic about not dieting. I agree that social media does an amazing job at making us feel miserable and constantly controlling what's good and bad for us. I however also feel that the other side of the spectrum can be just as toxic, to totally let go of a diet and just eat whatever we want could be dangerous. Though I have to highly preface that when it comes to diet or ANY sort of lifestyle change, it needs to be sustainable. This is why social media makes dieting so hard; we keep getting the opinions of many people whose bodies function differently and thus different caloric and nutrient needs. A sustainable diet consists of treating yourself, being kind to yourself when you don't meet your daily goals and trying again.
