Using bailiffs is one thing, using police is another, using armed police with riot shields is getting even more sinister now and in a short while if this is anything to go by, you may see the army on the streets. If this was to happen, let's be hoping it's to suppress the tyrannical police for the police appear out of control and impartial when it comes to civil matters!!!

For 40 years.Our police have committed horrendous crimes against me and my family they even tortured my pet dog for 6 weeks . Kept him without water food or enough room to stand up . His chest burnt from laying in piss his tongue was sticking out of his he was unable to stand and had lost half his weight. Evil . I need help documenting the horrendous crimes that the police have done. It's different.

They kidnapped my dog a week ago, I had to pay 169 to council to get her back, she 1 yr old and they traumatised her, she min jack X so tiny. I was horrified. Even RSPCA Windsor it seems, co conspiring. Surrey police have been out of control for yrs. It's so sad to see.

I had been arrested for a motoring nonsense.
I was assaulted by a Pc Jackson.Once I was handcuffed . Says it all
And the Van driver showed me my dogs lead and I quote this orrificer' this is the last thing you will see of your dog.
I was bailed to return
Without my dog who totally innocent of any crime.
I rung for my dog dozen of times no joy. So I went down to the station after a few weeks spoke to a inspector about the assault on me by Pc jackson.
I left the station and within minutes I was arrested by Pc jackson. I actually cannot remember what for. But it was petty for sure.
Now we get back to the station and I have a little chat with Pc jackson.. I had to make him understand that if my dog died whilst they had him. He would be next.
The next I get a call saying I can pick my dog up at plumstead police station.
I arrive at the station,then im taking back to the kennels and there's a identical dog to mine. 1 big problem with that is it wasn't my dog. The old bill were shocked and asked how i knew. My dog had a tiny piece of ear missing .
So now the police tell me they will deliver my dog tonight.
About half past 9 at night my misses says come home quick as my dog had been delivered, but she said he cannot stand.
I get to my Dog a 9 stone Mastiff.
My dog now looks as thin as a greyhound his tongue was sticking out of his head he had urine burns to his chest he was unable to stand.
Our police kept a large dog in a small kennel in the back of a Volkswagen passat estate dog section . Without water food or enough room to stand. He literally was pissing on himself because he was cramped into small box.
RSPCA would not press charges on the police.
But if they found my dog in that state and it was me to blame . Dam sure I would've been nicked. There's a Video of Police assaulting me under my name.

How absolutely disgusting of the police to help the bailiffs in a civil matter and supply ladders! Thank you Mark for being present to film what happened. The fact the lady was alone and disabled, the police should have assisted the lady. Two tier policing is a massive problem in the U.K. and they’re no longer protecting the British public. Rapid Response does an amazing job protecting the people from the criminality of the crown agents and raising awareness of our constitutional rights. (Common law).

In my location I fight totally alone as nobody in my area has a spine. For four years I've fought against over 300 traitors. I'm still here and awaiting my time to see all involved held to account. From police to , social services,council, Bailiffs. I was arrested many times, assaulted. Shame they got the wrong name. Absolute discharge at court, no due process. Even attending court I had them in total panic. My whole village as people are f........in useless spineless cowards. I'm totally alone but I'm never giving up until everyone of them is behind bars.
I will say a prayer for reinforcements. For they ARE COMING

@@462904 police courts…what are police courts? 🤣 there’s no such thing! the courts & police are totally separate things! and any fines at court, costs etc are paid by the defendant to the company making the application and the bailiffs! the police are there to prevent a breach of the peace to allow entry into an address for the bailiffs as stated with the court order, they receive no monetary gain from that what so ever!

These cops can do what they're doing without fear of any real repercussions... They are following the orders given and expected to get the job done. The swearing PTSD guy needs to stop quoting technical legal case law at police. Whether he is legally correct or not, I don't know, he is just wasting his time and it doesn't impress the police and they don't give a toss.They are not aware of those cases and certainly don't care because they leave all legal case law to their legal prosecutions section. If you want to actually have any effect or change you need to take legal action against the police through a lawyer and get them into court. Whinging at the police officers themselves or referring cases to their internal processes is an absolute waste of your time. You think you are being busy changing the system but they will just sweep it all under the carpet and are laughing at you treating you as just a small number of troublemakers. I repeat, get yourselves a good lawyer, crowdfund the costs and GET THESE CASES INTO COURT AND HAVE THEIR ILLEGAL PRACTICES FORMALLY ADMONISHED BY A MAGISTRATE OR JUDGE. That is the only way police will be forced to change their practices and you can gain mainstream media interest once the cases are proven and not rely solely on a RUclips Banaman channel. All I see in every one of these videos is people doing the right thing and banding together but what has actually been changed in police practice since all this started ?
There is fraudulent practice in the courts too , see how far that gets you with lawyers not following due process and making profit on a win or lose case. It’s a win win for the courts and worse , innocents wrongly imprisoned and ironically accused of fraud .
He’s either naive or knows that he’s talking nonsense legally. These guys who turn up, video and spout nonsense use people in financial difficulty as guinea pigs - you never see them taking a risk themselves. They pretend to support people in financial difficulty and throw them to the mercy of the law. That’s why these people lose their homes, they’re preyed on when they’re vulnerable and ready to believe anything. Just try to find a video of them claiming any sort of success other than bailiffs leaving who will return another day with the police who only turn up because these people do. And every visit increases the debt of the vulnerable.
Keyboard warrior, step outside and do something to help instead of writing essays about people trying to do something good. The cases he mentioned matter, the fact they ignore it all is proving how ignorant they are. Add yourself to that list.
@@joef256That’s easy for you to say. You can settle debt without leaving the house, you can’t settle it by repeating made up laws that don’t exist. So standing outside a house or court shows you care, obviously, but that’s all it achieves. People still lose their houses, so you tell me what these guys are actually achieving to stop that and I’ll give credit where it’s due.
