Awesome video... don't discount all plastics as "too hard" though: I have used some which are like boards as you say, but others which are buttery soft. I can't beleive the value of your boat-float either, looks like a good size one!
    Hopefully the viz improves soon!

Thanks buddy ah I didnt relise you can get soft. Mine were shocking 😂 yes I got lucky with that float. The bottom even unclips to add a catch bag for crabs to !

Great video. How do use your underwater scooter? Can you lay on your large float and hold it underneath in the water, or do you get in the water and tow the float behind you? Also, what is the range/time before the power runs out? I have a similar style float, a Beachat Guardian. I would like to motorize the float or myself!

Hey ! Thank you ! I get about an hour use. Enough time to get me to the end of the pier and back at Brighton 😂 I've led on my float an used it. Towed the float with it even sat on my float an used it like an outboard 😂😂 best buy ever that's was !

Xmas is coming. I am torn between buying the RDS (and making a battery pack for it) or fitting a paddleboard/kayak motor to my spearfishing float. Do you still use the RDS?

How far do you intend to swim out? 😂 maybe an inflatable kayak or paddle board converted into an float is a better way to go

Awesome video dude! You are bang on with getting started and not having to spend an absolute fortune.
I've not met anyone yet that's willing to lube me up before I get my suit on 😂😂
I would suggest when you find a mask that fits well, buy 2 so you have a spare.
The underwater scooter is boss 🤣😎
We need to get in for a dive this year mate, I'm going to do my best to get over your way 🤞
Glad you mentioned the courses and the weight belt stuff, very valuable knowledge to have. Hope you are keeping well bro 👊
