Have a go! I don’t think you need fins on a bodyboard but have a try and see how you feel. Could just be your weight distribution that would help you track better.

if i was to buy one of the cheapest boards on sniper would they be worth it or would the more expensive ones be a better choice if i had to splurge?

I would always suggest a more expensive one, depending on your skill level. I think getting a top of the range board if you’re a beginner is not necessarily the best option but if you’re intermediate level then it’s worth spending a little extra and knowing that the board will last longer and you’ll get more use out of it.
