Whenever someone says that ketchup doesn't believe on a cheesesteak, I will play that!! 😂 Of course, the first thing I will ask is where they are from? If they are from the area, I will play that. But, if they are not from the area, I'm gonna let them know they don't know what they talking about, and they have no right to say what really goes on a cheesesteak. And if they ever call it a Philly while in Philly or the surrounding area, they getting called out!!
That's the reason why I wish to have bread like that here in Hawaii. You can't duplicate it here. It's all in the water!! 4 years ago, I tried the same recipe that is used back east to the gram, and it still didn't match the taste and texture of the bread back home.
@@marty-mar29 Well I guess I have to wait until I go back home to NY but i did go to a restaurant here in AZ and I ordered a meatball parm and their bread was phenomenal. I have to go back to see if I can just buy some of the rolls they made the meatball parm with.

WOW I wish I could get one of those cheesesteaks. I have to look for a place that sell bread like that.
