A lot of them look better due to plastic surgeries. DiCaprio, I think looked his best in Titanic but that's just me. Zac Effron looked better before he messed with his face. i have never found Bradley Cooper attractive. Jered Leto looked better when he was younger. The rock looks better without hair!

To truly compare, you should find photos that have similar composition, smile, hair cut, etc. Robert Downey Jr, you choose a terrible picture with a odd hair do, bright red and a strange outfit and them compress it to a suit and he's well groomed, unfair.

Also yes while some of the women do look better now it's also because they learned how to put makeup on better. A lot of the men also figured out that some facial hair helps them look better. But there are some people you've shown that look way better younger and some people you didn't even show a good picture of as young. Cary Elwes is one that was absolutely beautiful in The Princess Bride but you showed a picture of him from his 30's
