I hav a question...A pt has cortical Broca's aphasia and another has subcortical aphasia due to 7th nerve palsy ...How can we identify and differentiate from history???
Other features will be present in addition to speech defect in 7 nerve palsy but brocas aphasia will only be selective speech defect
