Prince Qin is a professional in terms of repressing his emotions, but still, showed his affection towards Yunxi. This man deserves a medal, no rubbish words spoken, only truthful actions of love were clearly shown.
They're both cute! Yunxi is like a child, but she's very intelligent; Prince Qin is always so serious, but that's a really attractive look on him. He deeply cares about Yunxi even though it's not shown emotionally.
Indrani Sharma at first I thought that said Xu Feng. I was so surprised that Fire Immortal from Ashes of Love was also in this drama but then I reread and was so disappointed!😂😂😂
From this ep, we know that yunxi doesnt care about prince qin's real identity. Wether he is in the royal family of Tianning or not. The only thing she cares is she doesnt want her fam and prince qin's to get hurt by the empress dowager.
I love the love story after marriage, l feel so happy to see arranged marriage turning into true love. Mine is arranged marriage and it's been 14 years though I don't like his family's unorthodox upbringing that can't keep us both apart, he can't keep himself apart for even a day. We live each other unconditionally though ours is a arranged marriage

Ju Jingyi (I believe plays Yunxi) is a wonderful actress; Zhang Zhehan (Qin) is also a very fine actor. Nice series. This is my 3rd Chinese drama, and so far Nirvana in Fire is my favorite. followed by Novoland: Eagle Flag (both with Liu Horan). I have already chosen the next one I want to watch.
Kudos to the translators for working the word "ineffable" into the dialog. I've read it in British stories, but you don't many chances to describe an American character as "ineffable!"
