Yep had a funeral home in Guelph Ontario sold for $1, owners had to relocate it. They moved it to the country and my daughter hung around with their child, I ask him if it was haunted and he ask me how I would know that. Beautiful home now .
It's a cool-looking place, and the price of $570,000 is reasonable enough, but I have to wonder how much the monthly utility costs are. And I'd be curious to know if the property taxes reflect the price they paid, or is it one that is more in line with the size of the property. I'd guess that latter is true and maybe not so cheap.

Funeral homes are notorious for being haunted if there was corruption to the bodies of the deceased loved ones. This would involve criminal acts done by funeral home employees. I would not want to take a chance on a funeral home. You just don't know.
