Larch Valley Banff Paint By Numbers (PBN)

When I saw this kit on Amazon I thought it looked like a poster I have framed on my bedroom wall. This was a little darker. One of the features of the kit was that the lines were faint red, and another was that the numbers were faint red and small and didn't appear in every part of the section it pointed to. So the kit became kind of tedious. The lack of light due to the winter solstice also added to how long this kit took. I'm going to try something new. At the end of last year I took a photo of a door in my town. It was decorated with bright ornaments which the sun caught in a brilliant display. I bought a canvas from a craft store. I've never tried to create a "paint by numbers" from scratch. I'm looking forward to it.
