Drill 1: okay okay i think i could do that Drill 2: Hmm thats a little trickier.. okay.. Drill 3: Yeah I should just focus on my job, i could get injured from ball and miss work anyway..
Because there's so many wannabes basketball players out there that have too much arrogance (I mean really good game 🤣🤣) to actually think they need to actually learn and practice something from a seasoned and proven NBA trainer.
I honestly fail to see the benefit of the tennis ball drills lol, improves hand eye coordination I guess but as far as basketball how does it help? Also the moves you teach seem unnecessary and super specific, I think it would be better to teach simpler moves and then let players build off of them however they want based on how they play, basketball is all about the feeling the game and reacting quick, that's how you learn to develop your own play style, when you think "Ok I'm gonna do this move right now", it's just too much thinking and probably not gonna work out for you in the long run.
No need to do complex moves. Just keep it simple and follow all the fundamentals. All you need is to be smart in playing. No need for complex moves just keep simple basketball.
Good advice on being simple, however you are going to need some complex move especially if you are one of those players that are already fundamentally solid
During tryouts you will get cut from the varsity team doing kyrie irving's crossover and shooting steph curry range. You have to be smart. Keeping it simple with less moves but efficient. You dont need to be fancy doing complex moves that worth 2 points.

Very bad advice, you should be well versed with the fundamentals, but you need to be able to do complex moves if you want to be good 🤦🏾♂️
