It's an absolutely astounding amount of work people put in. I'm converting a 40ft school bus right now and I see a monumental amount of effort driving down the road.
It was an absolute joy to see these beautiful machines that have not been converted to RVs and are still coaches. Surprised there wasn't a 1954-55 Scenecruiser among these as there are still some survivors around. Personally I'd love to have a late 40s Flxible bus with it's original Buick straight 8 engine in it. Much less expensive rebuilding one of them than a diesel.
Beautiful sunny day - flowers hanging in baskets by the road - a wonderful parade of buses But! Where is everyone to see this amazing event - The town where everyone disappears 😳 A great video and thanks for posting - Greetings from the U.K. 🇬🇧
@@Mullay2 That sounds more like the Hall-Scott engines under the ACF Brill coaches. I never saw a Buick engine mounted that way. Oil would be a problem.
I remember seeing those buses mainly the MCI MC9 Crusader ii Coaches And other MCI series coaches like the Americruiser 2 Greyhound lines MCI MC9 Crusader ii Coaches and me and my family rode Greyhound buses back in the 90s from Atlantic city to Tallahassee in 1996

At 193 miles North of Minneapolis, Hibbing, Minnesota is pretty much off of the beaten path, that probably explains why no one is at the parade!
The Flxibles are the prettiest in my opinion
Boy, on that one short block of the first few minutes; you've got both the Masonic Temple and a Moose Lodge. A Quaint little throw-back town.
Very cool and thumbs up liked.
Awesome bus

Unfortunately, this was on a Sunday and nothing was open this day.
Good question. I guess it was too early and everyone slept in.
That is sad.
British buses were awesome. Rode them to school at High Wycombe from South Oxhey in the 60s and 70s.
Love the look of the Starliner and Trailways buses!
Какие суперские автобусы
Epic! I wish this event happened in my town! 🚍🚍🚍🚍🚍
Loved the older Flxible coaches. Their Buick Roadmaster engines had a sound of their own.
Those engines were 320 cubic inches and were mounted pancake style under the coach.

My ear heard a good ol 2 stroke Detroit.

Great rally, pity it was held in a ghost town.
