Substitutions one of your first examples with a straight 9.... King comes in for Abel, and singles and Abel comes back into run for him and now King is ineligible??? I don't think so. You may have been referring to more than one at-bat there and so I'm trying to give you the benefit of the doubt but it is extremely unclear and it really sounds like King comes into the game once and leaves once and is no longer allowed into the game.
King is a substitute. Only starters have reentry eligibility. So King bats for Abel, then Abel, as a starter renters. King is now completely out of the game. Hit the showers, he saw one at bat. If Abel is now substituted for, Able would be done for the day.
This was such a very well done and very informative video. I'm a new 18 year old umpire and I appreciate the thorough explanation.
Great and informative video, very well done! thank you, this is very helpful and I use it often as a refresher!
This is awesome! Thank you from a new umpire.

Thanks, Ian. I appreciate hearing that the information was helpful.
Thank you! This was so helpful..
When jones runs for dh Daniels is not the role of dh terminated?
This is in the example where daniels singles and jones pinch runs
Great video
Helpful. Thanks.
Glad to hear you found it helpful. Good luck this season!!
When Jones pinch runs twice for Daniels, making Daniels out of the game, do they lose DH or does a sub have to go in and Jones becomes his DH?
26:54 why is daniels and king both locked into the 4 spot if daniels was completely subbed out of the game?
What software package is this, I could use it! Is this on an ipad?
This was done on an iPad using the Notability app.
