I remember about two years ago, someone once commented Elden Ring has enough content you'll be making videos on it till the DLC comes out. They were correct.
Well, he DID take a small Baldur's Gate detour, but still, this is all high quality stuff

That's why I never engage all three of them at once. I draw the attention of one of them with a spell, beat the living shit out of it with my Envoy Long Horn +10, then I repeat with the other two left

Lure them across the tree roots 1 by 1. Use any big blunt weapon on them, Its really one of the easiest fight in Haligtree
Ngl, the Ringed Finger was so much fun to use against them. Just use the special attack once and they fall to the ground
I don't know why but I always try to kill them when I respawn there.

I think the way that site of grace is unlocked has to be the universal experience hahahaha

For anyone curious on how to avoid that happening again, there is a flying buttress you can cross that will take you to the far right of that area. You will end up on a roof. Turn left and jump down onto a set of stairs. Once there you run up the stairs to where the ballista emplacements are and there will be an even bigger flying buttress that will be right above the Erdtree avatar to the left of the ballistas. Scale it, and you’ll see a large open window. Jump to it, grab the knight helmet that’s sitting there and then drop down the backside to get to the grace. You’ve just avoided all that nonsense! Congrats!

Fun note I found out during my mage build? You can flat-out bully them with that Haima magical grenade. Just keep casting from above them, aiming for the one that'll splash-damage the other two, and they're near-helpless.
@@kaollachan IT gave that phobia as a kid, I grew up and enjoyed the new version, not to mention the book… now I’m back to my early 90s self and terrified. Can’t sleep, clown will eat me.

It would be hilarious if the Malenia episode is 2 minutes straight of getting owned by her, only for Let Me Solo Her to show up and save the day.
The Erde Tree Avatars are bad enough, the Rotted Avatars are even worse but Rotted Avatars with rapid fire ballistas are simply demonic lol!
That rotted avatar on the bridge killed me more times than most bosses in the game (other than Malenia and the endgame bosses).

It wasn't even the ballistas that got me; it was the two knights hanging around with the Avatar. I eventually switched to playing "Follow the Ladder Leader" with them until I could whittle them to death, then tackled the Avatar.
Outside of Malenia, this was easily the hardest part of the Haligtree for me.
Such a great level though. And to think it’s completely hidden.
It's soooo refreshing to look at Elden Ring content where I can be sure I won't have the DLC spoiled. Thank you

Thank you! I was going insane trying to figure out why I recognized that first song. I haven't played Diddy Kong Racing in years, but it was one of my first games at 4-6 years old. Maybe I oughta revisit it.

The freaking Revenants at the bottom of the citadel (?) are HORRIBLE to fight against without healing incants. Good thing they are optional, I guess.
they're not so bad if you just roll to their side and let them past, they also stagger easily
That grace at the end is the most accurate thing in any of these videos
I have watched all your videos, but the Elden Ring have to be my favorite. I love his scream and running it's too hilarious! You should make a video of everytime he is running and screaming away from his enemies. I sure a lot of people would laugh at it.

Long time i've finished Elden Ring, but this is so damn accurate that i can remember exactly everything that is animated in those videos. Such a great work.

The prayer room grace is by far my favorite spot in elden ring. Great for invading. Great for practicing aiming spells with no lock.

I died more times to the 3 putrid crystaliens than Radahn, but I discovered the bonkatron 3000 I was like "Bad putrid crystaliens" then I smack them on the head

Watched all Elden Ring episodes so far, and I can't stop laughing tears. SO hilarious, if I had a dime for every time I yelled: "THAT'S ME!!!!" I would be rich. Can't wait for the DLC episodes. Fantastic game, fantastic capturing, well done!
Just started my new playthrough yesterday!... I always mean to play a certain way but somehow always end up with a greatsword build. I am mixing it up this time with just enough faith and just enough intelligence to use the basic spells. I've only beat Mohg once so that'll be a rewarding enemy to defeat, then on to the DLC!
Hugging that site of grace like that- so many times that's saved me! The Crystal Clowns at the end was hilarious!

I haven't played the bass game since shortly after it came out. But I still remember exactly what he's talking about running and screaming for that grace.
I love the erdtree avatar manning one of the ballista. The putrid crystallian trio after him took me so many tries to beat my first playthrough.
Ahhh yes, i fondly remember the fuster cluck that was the section between the church and the next Grace spot, and this accurately portrays many of our first times going through that gauntlet!
I have never seen something so accurate as that crystallian poking you till the end of time. There really is no chill whatsoever about the spear crystallians 😂

These are SO accurate that it brings me back to when I was doing this area like that scene in Ratatouille where the critic goes back to his childhood after a single taste. But they aren't fond sweet memories like that one was, but ones filled with endless horrors and grief and darkness. Well done, well done.

Says something, that taking the high route (over the roots), lets you avoid nearly ALL of these headaches.
Just that, well, you have to deal with a couple of Malenia's knights, in a room that makes the cameraman go into seizures.

That cleanrot knight ambush, man I know this too well, one chased me all around to the platform drop, that one where the lift to Malenia is, and I thought I was safe then bam, scarlet rot bye bye 😆 (describing this because it is not elegant to link own video).

The rotten crystalians aren't that bad, but fighting three of them at once in an enclosed space is a recipe for disaster.

😂…I just can’t anymore…I laughed so hard, I fell off the couch! I’ve seen every episode, but this one was the funniest yet, definitely on point this place was crazy back in the very early days, but the struggle was real when you reached Millenia! I can’t count how many times my friends and I lost our minds😂
I literally did that part where I run like hell just to hug that lost grace!!! That entrance is stressfully full of enemies!!!
Last night, I finished this legacy dungeon, I died countless times to those revenants, but somehow managed to get my runes just before death. I ended up with close to 400000-500000 runes at that point, but at what cost. If you are a caster, use a combo of gavel of haima and glintstone kris against the crystallians. 3 Havels breaks the stance of crystallians while one gavel cast is enough to pancake the clean rot knight. Running a 40dex/60int build with a fully upgraded carian staff with +9 glintstone kris, +10 moonlight great sword and +10 moonveil
I remember trying to defeat those three crystallians. After realizing that stone of gurranq does equal damage like rock sling but less stamina usage, it became a friend. eue
Just an FYI to everyone that had a hard time with those crystaliens, use blunt. Even a weak blunt weapon will shit on them. The best is the rock sorcery.
