First time using a weighted vest - 16lbs. This was a great workout. Easy to follow and I loved the cool down stretch at the end. Just shy of 5000 steps for me and burned a total of 206 active calories. Also enjoyed the no repeat. Makes the time go by faster. Btw…cannot believe you are a mom of 2. You look so young!!! And loved the little baby sleeping in her bed. She was out the entire workout. So cute!…did this one again. Really didn’t want to workout but Yana, you make it so inviting. 🥰 200 active calories burned this time. Yay!
This workout has actually been recommended to me by my nutritionist! :) been doing this workout for 5 days now! it definitely gets easier but still gets you sweaty and your heart rate up!! love it

I started this workout almost exactly a month ago and stopped eating rice, flour, sugar. I was 169 pounds. Last Saturday I was 165.
