    I'm 67 years old and cancer survivor. Can't go out for morning walk because of COVID-19 pandemic in my country. Found her workout. Love it. Now my wife also join me.

    I just did this workout and feel so happy. It was easy and effective. My major problem in workouts was difficulty to catch my breath. With this workout I could breathe easily and burn many calories. Love it!

    fabulous workout . so I am a type of girl that does not like doing exercise but after seeing your channel I tried your 3000 steps power walk walking workout I liked that and now I daily do your walking workout thanks yana .keep it up !

    Thank you! This was an excellent workout for me! I reached the 5,000 step count and burned 350 calories ☺️ I don,t get the same results from most step videos.

    I started this workout almost exactly a month ago and stopped eating rice, flour, sugar. I was 169 pounds. Last Saturday I was 165.

    First time using a weighted vest - 16lbs. This was a great workout. Easy to follow and I loved the cool down stretch at the end. Just shy of 5000 steps for me and burned a total of 206 active calories. Also enjoyed the no repeat. Makes the time go by faster. Btw…cannot believe you are a mom of 2. You look so young!!! And loved the little baby sleeping in her bed. She was out the entire workout. So cute!…did this one again. Really didn’t want to workout but Yana, you make it so inviting. 🥰 200 active calories burned this time. Yay!

    This workout has actually been recommended to me by my nutritionist! :) been doing this workout for 5 days now! it definitely gets easier but still gets you sweaty and your heart rate up!! love it
