I am 60 years old, do powerlifting, farm work, and am at present pulling by hand cut firewood from a large 4 foot diameter tree I just cut down, up a hill in a cart by hand because of lack of vehicle access. Will take weeks of hard work. I do all my own cooking, laundry, housework , if I dont do it , it does not get done.Grow vegetables fruit, and have done so for decades, I have no family to help me with anything. Never smoked or drank alcohol. Have to deal with bouts of ptsd and depression alone.So not all of us are doddering and weak at that age. Mid thirties and above would be a good age range for a future possible wife for me. Marilou is to be admired for sticking to her beliefs and what makes her happy in herself. Waiting for the Lord to send you a man and looking for the "perfect" one, what if the Lord has already sent you a not so perfect one expecting you to build him up to be perfect and you passed on him because he wasn't already perfect? Don't let life pass you by waiting on a fairy tale, it's not going to happen, you have to make your "happy ever after".
