    if you were to choose between speaking fluently or sophisticatedly, which one would you choose. Should I go as if I am having a natural conversation with appropirate linking words, without thinking so much on varying grammer or vocabulary. Because the latter inevitably slows us down.

      "Hello, thanks for your question. There is the option to change the language of the captions. If you click on the captions button on the bottom right of the video, you'll see the option to change to 'English (auto)'. Please let me know if that doesn't work. Thanks! Francis"
