I did add a little hot sauce and seafood better than bouillon base to the mixture. Oh so good! Thanks and keep up the good work!

This is my go to recipe for seafood boil! I made it once for Xmas lunch and now whenever we have functions or family get togethers, everyone asks me to bring the seafood boil. I’ve tried other recipes but I find this one to be the easiest and most delicious! Thank you for the recipe 💙
Made this last night and I thank God I felt on your recipe before!!!! The only thing I did different was boil the eggs separate then added it. Also for the sauce I blended the onions and garlic instead of having them chopped!!! Sooo gooooddddd!!!! Thank you soo much and you have a new subscriber here!!

YAY! finally a UK version. were would you get Lobster and crab legs from? also, I have only seen butter based recipes is there a way to cook the sauce without butter but with olive oil or any other alternative that's not gonna overly clog up my arteries lol
Kerigold is a very good butter to use. Don't use butter thats vegetable oil based. You want real butter. Land o lakes unsalted is the brand that I use. Im on keto..so its all about the healthy fats.

Looks really good but seems like it might be a bit on the salty side. The only other thing that I do is devein the shrimp on both sides, remove the shell keeping the tail, then remove the shell from the egg before pouring the sauce. KerryGold is the best!

I thought the same thing. It also seems like those crab should've been cooked alot longer. My opinion though

Boiling in seafood broth instead of water makes it more flavorful. And I would have peeled my eggs before adding them to the sauce!
I use flour to make my sauce I like the dark carmel look
And add some sausages
Lovely but I would peel the eggs before putting the sauce on the . Wasting that beautiful sauce on the egg shells, beautiful dish anyway
