I dont know what it is , but I swear I have a hard time sleeping most nights or even wanting to fall asleep is hard cause my brain doesn't want to shut off from anxiety and stuff But her voice and the noises , the directions. I REALLY don't know what it is but I love seeing these videos at night when I wanna go to sleep , it's so soothing as well as calms me down ALOT and I'm able to fall asleep very quick when I lay down THANK YOU FOR THESE VIDEOS THEY ACTUALLY HELP ME ALOT ❤❤❤
