Time, Love, Dreams and Death - all four chapters have been unveiled. Now begins the true End of an Empire.
After a year long production cycle, Celldweller has been slowly revealing bits and pieces of his third full length, studio artist album, which showcases a return to the more formative complex electronic and heavy metal elements that defined the unique hybrid that is Celldweller. Never one to rest on his laurels, Klayton raises the bar with a brand new level of production unheard of by most producers, fusing analog and digital to create something completely out of this world.
From tracks like “Good L_ck (Yo_’re F_cked)” which sound like something straight out of a neo-futuristic punk rock dive bar, to the soft and somber “Just Like You” that swells with acoustic guitars, modular synths and melodic vocals into an epic cinematic ballad. Every track brings something completely unique yet distinctly Celldweller to the table. Equal parts score and soundtrack to a science fiction movie that hasn’t been created yet, this album delivers an unparalleled experience that transports each listener to their own little world inhabited by all of the iconic characters presented throughout the chapter cycle leading up to the release of the final album.

5 years later, and this song is still a wonderful tribute to the danger of baseless hubris, and the complacency that follows.

The entire album of Wish Upon a Blackstar has been stuck in my head since I bought it last night. With special mention going to Eon and Birthright. I just discovered Klayton thanks to his work on Killer Instinct: Season 3. And I must say I am not disappointed in the slightest.
I've been following Klayton for years. Many, many years. I'm glad he finally is receiving the recognition he deserves.

It's definitely not called the European union, because it just passed a law that allows one German media company (Ringer Axel Springer) to implement censorship filters on the entire European internet, establishing a huge fire wall that filters all content available in EU, and it got people crazy here... If you look at the Lost In Time music video you see the Emperor is styled after klayton and this is probs the same character. look at this characters chin and you will notice he has the same piercing as klayton.
+Pubert's Pub It is probably the character breaking from a prison or tomb and swearing to defeat all, hence saying your walls will fall like Jericho. This video is probably set canonically before the others.
The song is criticism. The "Walls" are metaphorical to a person mentally walling themselves in to escape the scary, uncomfortable reality that they aren't as great as they think they are. "Putting up walls" is a way to say that someone is ignoring reality and building their own fantasy to live in, or is purposely being arrogant and/or ignornant to avoid an issue with themselves. The song even uses some of these words.
