President Paul Kagame speech at the Consultative Meeting on African Union Reforms. The meeting was co-chaired by the Chairperson of the African Union Commission Moussa Faki and brought together Ministers of Foreign Affairs from across Africa and Permanent Representatives to the African Uunion to discuss the African Union reforms.
