    年紀輕輕,有這麼的表現,佩服。回想起來仍是中學時,真是望塵莫及。這些小朋友前途不可限量。

    英语真好听,有口音很正常,不要太离谱就行,而且,有的口音会让人听起来觉得更动听。

    羡慕 北京,上海,香港的学生。英语培养的这么好。我的小学,中学,高中的英语老师口音很重。导致我到美国还要一个一个从头改正,很费时间!

Congratulations! The students have performed quite well and l believe the standard of English is still very high among elite local students . I also believe their speeches are well written ,presented excellently in different styles. All in all, l enjoy the program. Thanks. Drafted by Lo Wai Kong

Plz more than billions of people on earth know how to speak English but it doesn’t mean that they have ability to give a good speech, the core of a speech isn’t just advance grammar and good accents, it’s about ideas and the willingness to speak it out. That’s what makes a good speech and the true spirit of a speaker!!!!

This video would be more perfect if it recaps the speeches of the winners at the end. It is hard for the viewers to remember who said what in the first round. By the way, did you do this for a broadcast network or for your own interest?

I am not a Chinese just saw this in RUclips
I just feel that some of their speech are strange and their English is not very natural(comparing to any of us ,maybe cause of English are not their first language )I just want to said the fact is that they really doesn’t have well English speeches

    • @JasonChanMarioKartProPlayer

I'm Chinese but I'm very sure that I can do much better than them, more natural for sure

Their speeches in my opinion are actually pretty good. Putting aside the accent and the few grammar mistakes, they did a pretty good job overall. I can understand it well, and that what counts. Plus the contestants are middle schoolers, heck they have better grammar than me compared to when I was in middle school😂.

Great Girl.... It should be ' I just want to say (Not said) & they really don't (Not doesn't) have well English speeches... Besides these two mistakes, there are also some other mistakes in your comment.
In my opinion, these students were doing exceptional well. 👍

Great Girl I’m pretty sure it’s “good English speeches” not “well” and it should be “maybe because English isn’t their first language”. Lastly it’s “compared to” not “comparing to” and “they really don’t” instead of “they really doesn’t”. Sorry if I offended you in any way. I just wanted to point out these few grammatical mistakes.

    演講比賽看不出人的英文能力/有冇accent,因為練左N前先比賽。如果係即問即答就完全見真章。

      基本上想知道方法很簡單叫佢哋上網打機搵外國ser 能否解讀對方和明白對方
      以我多年經驗 認識唔少英文叻人無論攞五星星攞a 都是口窒窒 經常用一些不應該出現的字和表達方式經常錯

These Hong Kong students can pronounce individual English words with good vowel qualities and support and the consonants were clear and crisp, but their connected speech techniques , if they were taught, need much improvements. For connected speech, the
correct syllable stress and proper lengths of sounds need to be taught. Also, thoughts that are expressed by phrases must be grouped in a rhythmic pattern.

YM L is it really that bad though? I mean I've seen so much negative comments but I personally don't think it's that bad. I've seen way worse, this is probably one of the best I've seen.
