    Hey Jon
Thank you for the video, really like your channel.
I don't know what happen, I spent last week trying to make it work unfortunately it doesn't.
On the Cisco side, I have this status:
    1 Po1(SD) LACP Gi1/0(w) Gi1/1(w)
    and on the Juniper side:
LACP state: Role Exp Def Dist Col Syn Aggr Timeout Activity
xe-0/0/0 Actor No Yes No No No Yes Slow Active
xe-0/0/0 Partner No Yes No No No Yes Fast Passive
xe-0/0/1 Actor No Yes No No No Yes Slow Active
xe-0/0/1 Partner No Yes No No No Yes Fast Passive
The ports changed to up on Cisco side but not po1.
    Any suggestion will help.
    Thanks in advance

I appreciate that, checkout these two things:
      1) Is the logical unit of the ae configured? (ip address or vlan configuration?)
      2) try configuring the lacp periodic state to slow on Juniper
