      No, it won't. If it did, few would have enough money to take advantage (because liquidity is very likely decreasing with deflation). The US government and just about every government plans to spend their way out of debt which means more oppressive inflation for us. DOGE is a drop in the ocean.

    Regarding that 35% materials increase at the end:
    My income sure has not increased that much in five years.

      Right!? I was reading an article somewhere, don't have the source, but it said that the baby boomer generation had to save roughly 2 years to have enough for a down payment on their first home. And today's gen x (or whatever it is now) will have to save for 7 or 8 years to come up with the down payment for their first home. Depressing numbers there!!
