I looked at your full course, it seems very attractive. But I also watched your video on FCP slowly losing ground to Resolve at the pro level. But as you mention, I am a one-person crew, so I am still giving FCP a chance. Provided Apple gets its act together. For instance: no matter what I try - optimized files, proxies - neither clips from the browser nor the timeline will show in the Viewer. Looking for a workaround, I happened to click on the down arrow to the right of the Library / Project name right under the Viewer and selected Reveal Project in Browser. The timeline suddenly appears in the Viewer for half a second, then vanishes and the Viewer goes back to its dark background. Can you help ? Mac OS: Sequoia, FCP 10.8.1. Thanks.
