Boldness was required to preach this sermon. Well done. Women do not seem to realize how disturbing it can be to Men pursuing God, when they dress immodest. I have had many a great day meditating on the word, disturbed or outright ruined by an unloving wardrobe. However, I always feel that I am the problem when my thoughts are brought down from heaven to the earth by something as natural as this. It really does make me loathe myself at times. One minute my entire being is focused on thoughts of purity, love, selflessness, Godliness, etc. and the next my mind is thinking like a brute beast or a carnal animal. Maybe my comments will help someone.
Thank you. I look forward to the specifics, and am hoping they include bare shoulders and tight leggings as well as low cut and/or tight tops, and high cut skirts/dresses. Imagine the Christian men coming to worship, or even just generally at work or simply going about town, in tight muscle T-shirts and gym shorts. It's sad that so many pastors (mine included, despite my comments to them) are mute about this.
