Replacing the plastic band switch coupler on a Kenwood TS-830S hybrid radio.

It's not a matter of if these will eventually break, it's a matter of when. You can still get the solid brass replacement from k4eaa.com. Personally I would get one to have it in stock even if you decide to do this later. Who knows how long parts will be available. This is a video how to do this and be safe.
