So who’s buying all the homes? You have to give Kash credit because he really is living in DR and helping inform buyers. But the problem I find with DR is that they are over building in my opinion and I am afraid there are not enough buyers. Plus the price difference between many places in Florida and Punta cana is not much in 2024. And you have to speak Spanish to live in DR. Not good

@@stevegreene94 I spent two years looking at projects in PC & CC, we bought in CC and glad we did. The Project is called Wave Garden and the developer is Gesproin lead by a gentleman Javier and I could not be happier. Took multiple trips, invested hundreds of hours, looked at 87 projects, flew back and forth a couple of more times, scheduled 15 visits and the winner for us was as I started with, Wave Garden.

Every good real estate spot is going to skyrocket their prices, Cap cana is not even 20% developed, Cap Cana is true luxury world class golf courses, world class marina, fine bilingual school, resorts and world class infraestructure

The markets I picked for myself are the markets I pick for you guys. I put my money where my mouth is - this way I know what you think and feel. Las terrenas Piantini Punta cana cap cana that's the trifecta. Stay in that and you will make money in coming years!
