Garlic - 1 tsp
Ginger -1 tsp
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Curry leaves - 12
Onion -1/2 cup

Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Bay leaves - 2
Green chilli -2
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cooking oil -2 tbsp
Coriander leaves
