4 steps to towbah
1. regret. قال رسول الله الندمُ توبة because this is the hardest part
2. Results- you make a from decision that you’re going to stop doing this bad deed.
3. Reset- stop doing the bad deed and be steadfast on that decision
4. Redeem- if you took the rights of another human being, you have to redeem them and gift back whatever you took or apologize
