I just read Morris Days autobiography. Interesting to say the least. Like Teddy Pendergrass, he was a drummer before he was a singer. Day didnt become the drummer for the Revolution because he was black. Mirris Day was a better drummer than Dr. Z. But Prince said Morris Day didn't fit the look of the new band. Meaning he wasnt white.

Prince said he fired O'Neal because he suspected he was on drugs. "Dude was sweating before he sang the first song," Prince said. Hilarious!

RIGHT now him , and Jan&Lewis are on a VERY High note with some D...DD...DDD...DEEEP Bass underneath. what they ALL did last weekand will change "the game" forever...people might not realise at first....but SOMETHING BIG started that Day - (Pun Intended!) up again...after TRYING to "retire"...lol!

I saw them for the first time after being a long-time fan, a few days ago. I once worked in the movie business on a very low level. I told every producer I came in contact with, that" Morris Day " is a can't miss major movie star. Morris Day in my opinion is funnier than any Hollywood comedian. Eddie Murphy Kevin Hart any of them. Add The super super coolest finesse and swag that no one can come close to matching. He has it all..I don't why Why why, he is not a Major Star as well..
@@johnrmercer4244 I know the original band got back together in 2011/2012 when they dropped the Condensate release, but that didn’t last long? They might have gotten back together for a one off here or there, but this is now Morris’s main touring band for awhile now?
