Actually, "Scooby-Doo Where Are You?" had a laugh track in I believe the first two seasons but it was removed for the "third season" in the 70-80s. Also, please do a legit cover of "What's New Scooby-Doo?" Even if it means you have to go on a baby punting rampage after. I assure you it would be worth it.

Out of all the random characters to give you advice, I love that they chose Don Knotts. Like he was a key character in the Scoobyverse and doesn't need any explanation for why the hell he's hanging around everywhere.
One of the devs must've pitched that as a joke, and they just rolled with it when they realized they could actually hire Don Knotts for cheap.

Additional fun fact: The reason Scooby was so well known is because originally Shaggy's family owned the Scooby Snack company, Scooby was the mascot of the brand.

At this point, I’m not even surprised with what game Kevin chooses to play.
My bachelor party involved most of the attendees, including myself, watching my best man play this game on GameCube for almost four hours. It was really great!
This game genuinely scared me as a kid. The laugh track also made me feel stupid, because I thought the game was laughing at me for being unable to get past the mission.
It was either this game, or a game that was extremely similar to this. Either way there was a Scooby Doo game for the ps2 that had a laugh track and that really offended 5 year old me.
The xbox version is better

Oh thank goodness I wasnt the only one. I dont remember how far I got on my own but I eventually employed my dad and sister to finish the game for me while I watched because I couldnt handle the atmosphere and also the game is RIDICULOUSLY difficult. Back before the days of walkthroughs and stuff, so I could never finish it even when I wasnt as scared.
