Where is the "artsakh"? This territory has a one name eternal, Karabakh, and Karabakh is Azerbaijan 🇦🇿, go and read the real history of Karabakh, armenian never have a country since İrəvan gave you by russian, if this case didn't happen you are still little tribe.
Territory discussions aside (every newly drawn border is violent, see the Balkans, and the stupid hatred Serbs and Bosnians and Croatians have for each other even though they could be so beautiful at peace), it is bold for you to even attempt to insinuate that Armenians don't have history, when the only positive impact Azeris ever had other than supplying petrol in the last century was half Kurdish and half Azeri (also written as Persian) Nizami (lovely author who wrote Layla and Manjun as well as a story about the Armenian princess Shirin--written in Persian and Armenian sources as Armenian, but I found two Syriac chronicles that said Aramean without further supporting evidence against an Armenian identity, so I will side with the Persian testament). Otherwise, where were Azeris in world history? And if Armenia didn't exist, how did Shah Abbas relocated 300,000 from Nakhichevan to "New Julfa," in textbooks about Iran written from Persian documents of the time period? Hence, why they called it, "New Julfa" since he took them away from the original Julfa? How did Romans wage war with Armenian kings, recorded by historian Dio Cassius? How did Armenia become incorporated into the Byzantine Empire? How did they have relations with Crusaders that there were Armenian Queens of Jerusalem which is why there was an Armenian Quarter established in the first place (you can visit it if you go to Jerusalem today)? What of the City of Ani which was described in history as rivaling Baghdad, Constantinople, and Cairo, but was written as destroyed by Seljuks that raided the city and slaughtered over 100,000 Armenian inhabitants, leaving behind the ruins we see today? How were Armenians mentioned in books about the Silk Road? Regarding other historical sources, I read so much Byzantine, Roman, Greek, Abbasid, and Persian history written by Greeks, Romans, Persians, Arabs, other Muslims, etcetera, and Armenians are discussed ubiquitously. I honestly have found only mentions of Azeris in brief asides in Persian history, and even then, Armenians were mentioned more often in Persian history and literature. History has too many witnesses of Armenia. Much less on Azeris (not that I think any less of you for this. The U.S.A. is a new nation that made a large impact in the world, so I don't judge by age, even though you are much younger as a national identity). And if we want to talk about how Armenians improved the economy, besides being relocated by Shah Abbas explicitly to improve business, and having leaders in India and Afghanistan try attracting Armenian merchants in the medieval ages, did you know that Sir Khachik Paul Chater is considered the Father of Hong Kong, helping the city to become the powerhouse it is today? Akbar, the Mughal emperor, invited Armenians to settle in Agra in the 16th century also explicitly because he admired their business sense and valued their work ethic. Another Mughal leader, Emperor Aurangzeb (1658-1707), tried to attract Armenians to form a settlement in Saidabad, a suburb of Murshidabad, in Bengal, by lowering tax rates for Armenians to entice merchants to settle there. Do you see a pattern here, with foreign nations with different religions all being impressed and wanting to attract Armenians to move to their territories? Armenians were widely known for their hard work ethic and love of family values which made them very productive citizens. India wrote many records about their honesty and perseverance and trusted them more than the Dutch during the Dutch West India Company days, sometimes refusing to discuss business with the Dutch in favor of speaking with Armenians in fear of being cheated by the Europeans. Even the Turks called Armenians the loyal millet until the racist CUP wanted a Turkey for Turks and engaged in genocide (a genocide which impacted all non-Muslims including Syriacs and Assyrians, and they also suppressed the Kurds trying to assimilate them, making their language illegal which has fortunately changed in modern Turkey). And when we discuss science, God forbid you ever get into an accident needing reconstructive surgery, but if you did, Varaztad Kazanjian was the Father of Modern Plastic Surgery who tried to help soldiers who had terrible injuries in Europe in battlefield hospitals on the western front. If you had a loved one who had cancer, Michel Ter-Pogossian's research on PET scanning helped it become a diagnostic tool, and the first PET unit was created in 1974 by the group led by Ter-Pogossian. Dr. Hrayr Shahinian pioneered an endoscopic procedure for the removal of the most difficult-to-access brain tumors. MRI imaging that can also help find tumors and other problems in the body was pioneered by several scientists, including Dr. Raymond Damadian who built the first magnetic resonance imaging scanner. If you had a loved one who needed a transplant, Dr. John Najarian was a pioneering transplant surgeon. For less medical science, if you enjoy watching movies or shows in color, Hovhannes Abgari Adamian was an Armenian engineer, an author of more than 20 inventions, who is recognized as one of the founders of color television. What is it about this smaller group of people that leads to such dramatic changes for the world, with such a concentrated number of inventions and techniques that improved millions of lives? Regarding oil which has enriched Azerbaijan, do you want to know who developed the first oil refineries? Samuel Kier established America's first oil refinery in Pittsburgh on Seventh Avenue near Grant Street, in 1853. However, in 1856, a Polish citizen by the name of Ignacy Łukasiewicz, from an Armenian family, opened the world's first industrial oil refinery in Ulaszowice, near Jasło (his first one was smaller in 1854, so not considered industrial, similarly with the one in Pittsburgh). And when you gaze upon the stars, recall that Alenush Terian was an Iranian-Armenian astronomer and physicist and who was endearingly called the Mother of Modern Iranian Astronomy. Regarding music and literature, what of Sayat Nova who actually wrote music in Georgian Armenian and Azeri languages, which is why Azeris probably have Armenian musical elements from cultural diffusion, in addition to the Caucus also being influenced by Persian music from the Safavid empire? What of Gregory of Narek whose writings became famous in the Catholic Faith across the world, with his works diffusing through western culture to a moderately lesser extent as the Lebanese author, Khalil Gibran? Gregory of Narek was given the honorable title of a, "Doctor of the Church." What of the prose of William Saroyan who is held in the same regard as William Faulkner? Too many famous high caliber novelists and poets to even count from Armenia that have spread beyond the nation of origin. Sayat Nova was an Armenian artist who loved every person in the Caucuses and wanted Georgia and Armenia to regain the independence they had lost, and for Azerbaijan to also become independent. I’d like to appeal to that better sentiment and wish you well. However, based on your poorly attempted insults of Armenia, I wonder if you dare claim Georgia has no history just because its nation was also conquered in the past and absorbed before reemerging? But hypocrisy is nothing new to Turks or Azeris who identify with the modern nation of Turkey. It's disappointing, because you can still be proud of your own smaller portion of history without being envious of your neighbors. Azerbaijan has fun people, but ugly hearts full of hatred and greed when you dehumanize your neighbors and justify the genocide in 1915 that destroyed 75% of all Ottoman Armenians, not including the Armenians villages destroyed by Turks invading Russian territory as the genocide was intended to decimate them all without survivors (but as we can see from the Holocaust and other genocides like Rwanda, Holodomor, there are usually survivors despite extensive extermination campaigns and forced starvations). And despite their extensive genocide and prior and current persecutions, Armenia contributed greatly to the world. In view of global impact, if Armenia is a little tribe, Azerbaijan is an atom.
